Anubha Baluapuri is a seasoned development strategist, business analyst and environmental entrepreneur with over 28 years of cross-sectoral experience spanning livelihood generation, rural development, software architecture and sustainable enterprise design. As Director of the School of Livelihood and Rural Development (SLRD), she leads transformative programs that embed sustainability and innovation into rural economies, bridging grassroots initiatives with national and global markets.

Renowned for her sharp business insight, innovative mindset and exceptional communication skills, Anubha has consistently brought together policymakers, technical experts and community stakeholders to drive mission-led, high-impact development projects.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s in Business Administration. Anubha began her professional journey in the IT sector, where she built a solid foundation in systems design and software development. Over time, she transitioned into leadership roles focused on rural entrepreneurship and sustainability, seamlessly integrating her technological expertise with a passion for social impact.

Her work now spans diverse fields such as software architecture, green energy, organic agriculture, sustainable fashion and lifestyle, and digital platforms for livelihood enablement. Anubha has been recognized with prestigious accolades, including the Madhya Pradesh Krishi Award (2017) and the Times Now Brand Vision Award (2019), honouring her contributions to inclusive and sustainable development.
