- Native tree plantation across 4 sites under the completed eco-restoration programme, 200 beneficiaries.
- Village profile surveys at Donkamokam, West Karbi Anglong, May 2026, on converting land long treated as barren.

- 2,000 acres of bamboo planned across four locations in Assam and Nagaland, 500 acres at each.
- 1,500 acres of aromatic cultivation planned across six clusters, 250 acres at each.
- An agroforestry nursery at Jirang designed for around 150,000 seedlings a year, serving 1,500 to 1,800 farmers.
- Guardians of the Green, with a 2030 target of 100 million native trees.
