50,000 cloth bags produced
- More than 50,000 reusable cloth bags produced to replace single use plastic bags, 10,000 of them supported by the Government of Meghalaya under the Chief Minister’s Plastic Challenge and sponsored by Max Cement and Star Cement.
- A plastic waste recycling unit set up in South West Garo Hills in 2019, led by SLRD and operated by a village committee.
- A plastic recycling and waste management programme completed for the Government of Meghalaya, 50 people trained in segregation, processing, recycling and upcycling.

- The Integrated Circular Economy Programme under preparation at Udalguri and West Karbi Anglong.
- Composting and organic waste recovery returned to member farms as a soil input.
Technology: Waste tracking, inventory management, processing records, supply chain coordination and impact reporting systems.
