- Pre-feasibility completed for a replicable 3 tonne per day biochar unit, expandable to 15 tonnes, across four tribal districts.

- A digital record chain live across five farmer producer companies, running from farm gate through production to buyer.
One sourcing rule holds everywhere: no forest tree is cut for feedstock. Permitted material is cultivated bamboo, invasive species biomass, sawmill and wood processing waste, and agricultural and agroforestry residue.
