Senior Manager – Fundraising & Financial Partnerships

Location: Bhopal & Guwahati

The Senior Manager – Fundraising & Financial Partnerships will drive SLRD’s resource mobilization efforts with a strong focus on financial deal conversion, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. The role requires a dynamic professional skilled in closing high-value financial agreements, securing grants and investments, and building long-term alliances in rural development, climate change, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies with measurable financial targets.
  • Convert opportunities into closed deals with corporates, investors, foundations, and multilateral agencies.
  • Lead proposal development, investment briefs, and negotiations.
  • Build and manage relationships with donors, CSR heads, and financial institutions.
  • Represent SLRD at forums, conclaves, and investor meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in fundraising, investment, or business development.
  • Proven track record in financial deal closure and resource mobilization.
  • Strong networks with corporates, investors, and development agencies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of climate action, rural development, or sustainability sectors preferred.
  • Experience in CSR fundraising will be a strong plus.
